Hi, I'm Kathy Zelman, and I am here to help leaders and teams succeed.

Kathy is passionate about equipping leaders for effective ministry. She specializes in children’s, family, and care ministries and takes a strategic approach to leadership development in Christian organizations. Drawing on more than 35 years of ministry leadership across diverse settings, she partners with leaders and churches through collaboration, strong relationships, and strategic visioning. Kathy is married to Perry and cherishes her adult children, Zachary and Aleena, and her son-in-law, Ryan.

Kathy is continually fuelled by The Great Commission in Mt. 28: Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Mark 16:15  “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
